WHO WE ARE
I have always had a passion for real estate. As an attorney, I have conducted hundreds of real estate closings, both residential and commercial. More importantly, I have handled many complex real estate lawsuits involving purchase contract disputes, title defects, issues of ownership, problems with permits/COs, inter-family disputes, sales resulting from a divorce, short sales and other complications. I’ve seen a lot of deals fall through because of issues with the property resulting in lost time and money, and stress for the parties. My goal is to help owners who are struggling to sell property or don’t want the hassle.

Unlike most other real estate investors, I can draw on my legal knowledge to identify any aspect of the deal that may go wrong which helps to ensure a more expeditious transaction. My experience with the legal aspects of selling real estate means fewer delays and messy, complicated deals get done faster. In addition, my company is motivated to get the job done and resolve any legal issue because the sooner we do that, the sooner we get the property. A hired attorney will bill hourly and is not incentivized to resolve issues quickly.

My experience representing clients has focused on protecting the injured and neglected. I have spent my career advocating for clients and thinking “outside of the box” to come up with innovative solutions. I pride myself on my ability to empathize with people and treat them fairly.
